Hi, as for you case, the boarding site of Urban Planning Exhibition Center (People's Avenue) and Xin Tian Di can be most convenient.

You can walk from your hotel to Jiaotong University MTR Station to take subway line 10 to Xin Tian Di and then walk to Site of First national Congress of Communist Party of China to take the bus.
