I am extremely grateful for that but I would like to get my life in order completely and find the right career for myself. I need some kind of guidance as I do not wish to be stuck and miserable in 1 aspect of my life.

It is hard to tell which one is your right career, because different people have different attitude towards jobs. It is suggested to find your favourate one. I can tell you that if you want to start your own business, this year is a good time.
