Yes, of course. Once you buy that, you can use throughout China. Don't worry!You can buy the SIM card at any of the Service Center or Office branch of China Mobile. Generally, you need to deposit CNY100 in the new card for communication fee and the card itself is for free. Oh, the Chinese name of the SIM card is 神州行 by the way.
