About:China Postal Service

Hi I bought an item and my vendor says it has been shipped since 5th April. Until now I have not received the item. Is it normal? What can I do right now? My package:RA510629196CN

I helped you to check your parcel online and the information was not updated since April 18 and at that time, the parcel is was in Guangzhou. I suggest you to ask the vendor to help to to check it at their local post office. You may get more exact information.

My vendor says their local post says it has arrived in Singapore. I check with Singpost and they say it has never arrived.

So what should I do?

Yes, it did arrive at Singapore and is being dispatched by the customs to your local post office.
