double entry

Hi I be traveling to china with my family members on sep and I need to apply for double entry. My question is where to submit e form ? Can I summit or post myself or must by travel agency. and if I can post , who should I address to? Thank you .

If you live in a place other than Sarawak, Sabah, or Labuanx, you need to submit your application to CVASC. Make sure make an online appointment before visit. The CVASC in KL does not process application by post now.
