beijing international airport terminal 2 arrival to terminal 3 arrival.

Question

At the airport, I need to go from  International arrival at Terminal 2 to International arrival at Terminal 3 to join the rest of my group, How do I go and where should I meet them. Can I go inside in the International arrival area of terminal-3. Please reply earliest as I will soon be taking a flight. thanks.

I always meet my friend at the restaurants in T3, so I think you can did so. I know there is a Le Spa outside the flight waiting hall, so you may meet them there.
