About:China Postal Service

What has happened to my parcel from China Post I ordered a parcel some time ago (April 23rd) and tracking Number is RB473834094CN.

Its been sitting NULL at PVG since May 10th. Destination is Canada. What is the problem
and where is PVG

I just find the sane info as you. It shows that your package left PVG (Shanghai Pudong Airport) on May 10.
