what does this statement from china post mean: 2013 NULL FRA IL 20130518 0000 ?

I am confused about all the writings from the track and trace page of china post.
I have no idea where my package is and I hope that there are someone who can help me.

this is the latest statement : RA439996260CN 2013 NULL FRA IL 20130518 0000
can anyone tell me what that means?

Oh, I found your package was in Frankfurt on May 18.
