Chinese National Living in US with Valid Green Card Want to Visit on tourist visa

My wife who is a Chinese National has a valid US Green Card and is a permanent resident of the US. We understand that she will need a Tourist Visa issued from Peru, but I cant find where she does that. What does she need to in order to obtain it? I cant seem to find a form or website that is very helpful.

Appreciate any help!!

•Personal interview.
•Valid passport.
•Proof of legal residence in the USA: Green Card;
•Round trip ticket (Can be reservation or an electronic booking confirmation).
•Hotel reservation, Tourist package reservation, or Invitation letter (legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
•Two (2) passport photo.
•Proof of sufficient funds during stay in Perú : Copy of a recent bank statement.
•Application fee is $ 30.00, cash or money order payable to « Consulate of Peru »

Thanks for response.
Do they have any consulates outside of Wash. DC to conduct interviews? If your government doesn't how many travelers are going elsewhere because it becomes an economic burden to go all the way to Wash. DC for an interview for a 10 day trip?

Sorry we wont spend 1.5K to go to an interview in order to spend another 4K to visit Peru! Sorry!
