There is no bus to reach Sanjiang at that time, so you need to stay one night in GL.You can find buses at GL General Bus Station and timetable is 6:00, 6:30, 7:10, 13:30, 14:45, 15:30 and 16:00. The bus journey takes around 4 to 5 hours.
