In SH, at most four people can seat in one taxi, so I am afraid for your five people, you need two taxi.
The taxi fare is around 170 to 200RMB per taxi.
I think you can take the local public transportation. Your hotel is very close to East Nanjing Road Station, so you can walk to reach there and then take the local subway line 2 to reach the airport directly.1
