About:Taiwan Weather

travel to Taipei on 13-20 aug.how was the weather at that time. Any festival happen ?

It will be hot and humid. Your summer clothes are enough. If you want to go to the mountain area, a thin coat is necessary.
I am afraid that there is festival happen at that time.
