How can i get to Hotel Holiday Inn Express Kowloon East from Hong Kong Airport free shuttle.

There is no direct free shuttle to reach your hotel from either the Kowloon Station or the airport.
From Kowloon Station, you can take the bus 296D to reach TONG MING COURT and then walk to your hotel easily.
