About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Dubai to Beijing connecting through hkg. 3 days beijing then to JFK through hkg. Do I need visa?

So you will transit through HKG on both trips. I am afraid you have to get a Chinese G in advance for this transit.0

You can confirm this with Beijing Airport directly via 0086-10-56095400. If you do need one, you can try to apply from the Chinese consulate in Dubai.0
