Is it possible to travel from Shanghai to Qingdao by bullet train? And if yes, where can I book?

No, there is only G-type railway which is high speed not bullet one(D-type) from Shanghai to Qingdao. G-type is faster than the D-type so you can consider it. And you can book it through TravelChinaGuide.
