About:China Postal Service

My parcel no is RB098434794CN.the system stated NULL..Location 'PVC'. What's that mean?

I have a question, in the system, it stated that 10-May-13, my parcel was shipped out of China

Are you sure it is PVC? I found it showed PVG, which refers to Shanghai Pudong Airport. I just find the info that on May 11, it was in the airport checked by the local customs.
