Bamboo raft (PVC) cost Yangdi - XingPing

Hi there! I have taken a Guilin - Yangshuo cruise last year. Now I want to go back with my mom and I want to know what it would cost to just show up at Yangdi Pier and try to get a boat (2 people) from Yangdi to XingPing? Is there a standard government set price or is it possible to bargain with raft owners? If bargaining is involved, how much is a fair price to pay for Yangdi-XingPing? Thank you!

The local official price for the raft is 216RMB per person. But I heard, if you join a tour group, you can get a discount for this trip from Yangdi to Xingping and the price usually is around 260 to 270RMB for two people in one raft. But I am not sure. It is suggested to consult with the tour company directly.

I am not very clear whether you can bargin with the raft owner.
