About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I have a 1 Year L visa already with 2 Entries..how long can i live china for each time?

Its been 7 months here in Nanning but i need to return to australia to see Family. While in Australia how long is each entry? Is it only 1 month for each of the two entries or slightly longer as i think i might need 40 days to sort out some things & visit family.

Hi, please check your L again about the "duration of each entry". That means the maximum time you are allowed to stay after each entry. There is no requirements between entries, you can return anytime you like within validity of your L.
