Shenzhen Bao'an Airport to Hong Kong border via MTR

Hello, I'm currently in China on a tourist visa and have decided to stay a bit longer than anticipated. I will be in Bao'an and am needing the quickest route via MTR to the Hong Kong border for exit/re-entry. What MTR route should I take and how long will this take approximately?
