Best way to visit Macao Tower from The Ruins of St. Paul's or from A-Ma Temple

Pls. advise the best way to visit the following place of interests and what is the cost if for bus or taxi?
1) From The Ruins of St. Paul's to Sightseeing Tower.
2) From A-Ma Temple to the Tower.
3) From Tower to Wynn Hotel.
4) From Wynn Hotel to Lisboa Hotel,
5) From Lisboa Hotel to Man Va hotel

Appreciate if you could prompt reply to the above as this is the lst time we visit M next week.
