paying a fund after overstaying without jail

please sir,
i'm with x visa with zero duration. my agent interpreted to me as one year. but later my friend saw my X and told me it is valid for 30days but i have already stay more than eight months.please i want to go home...could you help me to pay the fund without going to jail.please i really need your help. thanks

You should have acquired the temporary resident permit after you arrived with your X type one. It's the police station who decides what punishment you will be given. You may contact the embassy in Beijing for help.

Right, you are just right. as you popped in wit the x type. it's granted for prior work permit, so after you got that, you needed to have changed the x which ofcos its for 30days for documentational purposes to a temp resident permit then u could have stayed. how come u started to jumpo around with an X- type? well. u need to make it as fast as a jaguar or else...
