About:Yuan Dynasty

How did Yuan dynasty begin and end? What was the dynasty’s lasting influence on China or the world?

Founding: In 1206, Genghis Khan unified the northern Hanhai desert complex and found Great Mongolia Kingdom. Around 1234, he led to overthrow Western Xia Dynasty. Later, to get the throne, Kublai Khan fought with his brothers and won in 1271 and changed the kingdom to Yuan. The dynasty was founded then.

End: Due to the corrupted rule in the late years, many people rose up. Among them, Zhu Yuanzhang made great achievements and overthrew it to found Ming.

Generally speaking, every dynasty had influence on China. Considering the influence on the world, I have to mention: Tang, Han and others.
