Hi! I am Canadian and want to mail my application to the Ottawa Embassy. Who do I mail it to? And what are the requirements for the envelope, etc? Also, is mailing an application acceptable?

You can apply from the CVASC by post. This page lists the instructions on application by post. You can read it carefully.
