visa application to china for at least one month

Question

My brother is suffering from a recurring brain tumor. The first surgery was in 2010 and now the tumor has occurred and is urgently needed for another surgery. A relative has suggested we contact with Fuda Cancer Hospital in Manila about my brother's case. After the consultation, we received a recommendation from the doctors to bring him to Fuda Hospital in china as this is where the treatment is available. We have received a letter of invitation and now we just need to apply to enter China. What kind is applied for my brother and two of my accompanying relatives? We are hoping it will not take long to get this. Any good links we can apply quicker? What are other requirements needed?
