Submission of Documents for Visa

Dear Sir,

My wife and I live in Johor Bahru. We are student and we have student visa. I emailed you to ask some questions:

1- Our flight is in 14 June 2013, when we can apply for visa?

2- Since we live in JB is it possible one of my friends submit our documents?

3- Is it possible one of us come for interview?

Generally speaking, the applicants should apply one month ahead of their departure. It's ok to entrust your friend to submit and get your visa for you. The embassy or consulate decides whether you will need an interview or not.
