voa in luohu for 1 day visit - philippines passport

Hi,We are coming to Hong Kong on the 3rd week of May, and was thinking of going to Shenzhen for a day, can we get a VOA in Luohu? Thanks!

It's impossible if you hadn't been to mainland China before. Actually, only nationals from certain countries can get the VOA at Luohu Border. I suggest you apply one in advance. It's the best way and your trip in Shenzhen won't be spoiled.
