About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can I get get tourist visa for 7 days on arrival at Shanghai? If not do I have to apply for it prior to departure?

I hold valid Australian passport and wish to accompany my husband who will be travelling to Shanghai for 7 days on F type one.
