Different lines have different oeprating hours. Anyway, gegerally, they open from around 05:10 to 23:10. Could you tell me a specific line? Then I can provide exact info for you.

Well, you can walk to Weigongqiao and take Bus 74 forst, then transfer to Bus 701 at Hangtianqiao. Get off at Gongren Tiyuchang and walk west for 2 minutes to the north gate.
