Hello, please share some thoughts what would be the best for a spouse whose wife will study ( with X ). I guess some dependant form will be issued as my wife will get X. Is that correct?
I'd like to work there and therefore the best is to find a job in advance, have a letter of invitation and get Z later. But if i won't be able to find a job from my country? Is there any way to do so from there? Some special program for dependants who accompany ? I believe as the dependant, does not support a work permit. So if i'm not able to get a job in advance i can't come with an intention to work officially? Many thanks for your advices.

If your wife has X for study, you can apply for family visit/dependent visa accompanying hers. But if you want to work, you need to apply for a work Z. As I know, this can be done within China.

Hi Billy, thanks for reply.
Saying this can be done within China you mean to use an agent to get a Z? Or you mean Hong Kong office for submitting Z application once the letter of invitation is issued for me?
Is there any other way? THX

Yes, you can either use an agency or apply in HK personally if you prefer. This is not difficult for you.
