need help

Question

My husband is french. He made a Chinese Visa but only with one entry (We made a mistake).He has used this single entry before be to bangkok. Now, he can't return back!He needs to make urgently a new one.Me and our baby wait him here.He went to the Consular Office. He was told it was impossible to have the expedited service (1day, 2/3days) with french passport.We really need him very quickly to be in here. Please help.

That is true, the express service had been suspended last year for applicants from some countries. He can only use regular service for his application.
