End of Transport distance, Vancouver, Canada. My tracking number is RA381412651CN

My tracking information shows this but doesn't tell me what's going on. I don't live in Vancouver and I didn't specify that on my order.

It's supposed to be coming to Welland, Ontario. I called my post and the post says that it might just be for customs.. but they don't have any customs info other than the package was shipped out on the 25th of April and that's it. I have a deadline of May 23rd when I need this for. ANy later then that and it's useless. I ordered on the 17th of April.

What does end of transport distance mean?
