hot in China in summer time?

I would like to stay one month in a town this summertime to practice my chinese but I suffer of the heat
wich town do you propose (not warm and people speaking mandarin)

Yes, it will be hot in summer. As for the destination, I recommend you find a water town near Hangzhou, where you may not feel too hot.

Don't worry! They will not have serious accent. Anyway, i suggest you find people who speak standard Mandarin, especially teachers, students and attractions' staff.
