we already informed that govt. officals are not to required to apply for visa, is it true?

we are Govt. officer of Department of Fisheries under Ministry of fisheries & livestock. we are nominated as a trainees of FAO regional training on aquafeed development & seed production under south south cooperation(SSC) to be held in wuxi, jiangsu, china, during 20may to 19 june 2013. pls. inform us detail.

Yes, it is true. But you need to prepare invitation letter or confirmation of this training for entry.
