hi i had a parcel sent to me on the 2/4 but it still says null on the tracking

it has been null for 3 weeks now and im strting to stress out about it not being delivered my tracking number isRB388120919CN thanks to anyone who can help

Your item must be transfered. However, the info online has not been updated since Apr. 9, when it was in Shanghai.
