If we get off from the PVG airport at Longyang, what do we take to Courtyard by Marriott Shangai Pux

At Longyang Road Station, you can change to local subway line 2 to reach Century Avenue Station. Get out of this station from Exit 12 and then walk along Dongfang Road, you can easily see your hotel.
If you do not want to transfer the subway, you can take a taxi from Longyang Road to your hotel directly and the taxi fare is around 25RMB.
