About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Singapore - Beijing - Taipei

I am traveling from Singapore to Beijing and then on to Taipei, Taiwan and back to Singapore. Is Taipei classified as a third country & not part of China and can I use the 72 Hour Visa Free Transit?

Yes, Taiwan is counted as the third region. You can use the free transit without any problem.
