I think you can spend one day at Ngong Ping 360, Ngong Ping Town, the Big Buddha and the Disneyland.The second day can be spent at the Ocean Park, the Peak, the Victoria Bay and shopping a Tsim Sha Tsui area.The third day, you can spent some time at Causeway Bay and the in the afternoon, you can go to the Central area and the Tsim Sha Tsui area for shopping.
