About:China Visa on Arrival

About Zhuhai Visa on Arrival

If I apply VOA at Zhuhai (Gongbei), am I allowed to go further to Guangzhou? And then from Guangzhou back to Hong Kong via Luohu. Thanks!

No, the VOA in Zhuhai just allows you to stay in Zhuhai. If you want to visit other places, you should apply for a L type one in advance.
