About:Lushun (Port Arthur)

I stay in Dalian near Xinghai square, I would like to visit Lushun to see the Berry Blossom...

Is this the right time to visit? could someone suggest, and how far it is from Xinghai Square...

Do you mean the cherry blossom?
If so, yes, currently, it is the best time to see the cherry. From the square, you can take a taxi to reach local railway station square and then walk to north square to take bus Lushunnan Line to reach Longwangtang. Then take a taxi to reach the park to see the cherry.
