About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

How do I go about doing this correctly?

I am a Canadian. I have been hired to be a VP of a Chinese Company. I have been told many ways to do this. I am a contract employee. I am currently in mainland PRC on a business F. Dbl entry. First one runs out May 14.

As I know, it is illegal to work in China on a F. Some people who do this are expelled. I don't know what will happen to you.

If you already here, it is ok, but you should contact your employer for some papers and apply for a work Z. As what Richel said, working on an F for business visit is not legal.
