What's the best way from Hongkong airport to Golden Central Hotel in Shenzhen ?

From the airport, you can take the shuttle bus to reach Huanggang Port directly and then take a taxi to reach your hotel.
Or you can take the shuttle bus to reach Luohu. Then go to the Luohu Subway Station to take the Luobao Line to reach Exhibition Center Station. Get out of the station from Exit D, you can see your hotel.

1) Is the shuttle bus to Luohu right outside of the airport? What is the name of the shuttle bus?
2) is the Luohu Subway Station connected to the shuttle bus station?
3) At which point I will cross the immigration station?

Yes, the buses for Luohu can be taken at the Coach Station of T2. There is certain names of these shuttle buses. You just go to that coach station and find the bus easily.
The shuttle bus station and Luohu Subway Station is not connected with each other, but it is close to each other and can be easily found.
If you take the bus to reach Luohu, you will pass the immigration at Luohu Border.
