Update: May 3rd 2013 - Canadian

Arrived at 9:08am was out at 9:10am and queuing up in the customs line. Very easy, no questions asked, 168RMB. It's the same as a regular chinese visa, so it takes up a full passport page, which sucks, if You're going to do it more than once, and have the time, just get a multi-entry at home, or in HK.
