Please help me I have big problem My numbers tracking is RB080413405CN and RB080413140CN

almost a month the status of NULL, you can tell me where are my package?

Actually, null is not related to customs opening packages and it can have any from the various meanings. Well, it always means that item is in transit at some of airports. Just wait or go to the local post office to consult about.
