About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Hi, my flight Sydney to Amsterdam includes domestic leg Baiyun -> Beijing. Do I need transit visa?

Flying China Southern (CZ), all flights are on one ticket. Layover in Guangzhou is 90 minutes. Layover in PEK is 2 hours 30 minutes before final leg to Amsterdam. Is 90 minutes sufficient to transfer in Baiyun? Can I check in luggage in Sydney to final destination (Amsterdam)? I am traveling on Australian passport. Thank you in advance!

At least you need about 90 minutes to make the transfer in GZ.
You can check in your luggage to your destination in Sydney if you fly all the way using the China Southern Airline.
For the transit visa, genernally speaking, it is not needed, but you may need to apply for a stay permit. It is just for your reference and it is suggested to ask the airline company directly to confirm.
