I am visiting Hong Kong by end July. Which are the best places to see and economically shop?

The Ocean Park, the Peak, the Disneyland, Ngong Ping 360, the Big Buddha, Victoria Bay and the Star of Avenue are some of the best places to see.
For shopping, Tsim Sha Tsui area is the best place for economically shop.
