I am Palestinian working in One University in Malaysia.I am participated in a scientific conference in Hong Kong (5-8/may/2013).

It's hard to tell. You should apply from the Chinese embassy in Malaysia. If the embassy deals with it, you need wait for 4 to 5 working days. If the embassy transfers it to HK Immigration Department, you need wait for 4 weeks.
