we have 4 adults going to HK for 5 days 4 nights. we are thinking to get the HK$300 Airport Express Travel Pass online. I read from the MTR website term & conditions that this card can be collected at Airport Express Customer Service Centre of Tsing Yi, Kowloon or Hong Kong Station. 1. If we arrive at HK airport that mean we cant collect at Airport station but have to buy seperate ticket to Tsing Yi to collect our  Airport Express Travel Pass?2. If we travel from Airport station to Central station straight, if this consider the starting of the 3 days? Thanks for the answer :DCheers!

No, you do not need to.No ticket is required when you board at the airport. You only show your copy of of the Order Confirmation/Order History, and the exact credit card you used for placing the order to collect the ticket before exiting gate at Airport Express Customer Service Centre at those three stations.If you reach the Central without taking the airport express, it does not consider the starting of the 3 days.
