About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Do I need a visa if my plane stop for 16 hours in Shanghai and then 22 hours in Beijing?

Hey!
I know it is less than the 72 hours rule but I'm not sure if I need one if I stop in two cities.
