My husband & I must sleep with a C-PAP machine. Will we be able to plug these into electricty & use?

Our booking reservation #: 5NLLPK. It is neccessary for us to use these machines so our hearts remain healthy & we keep breathing. We begin our flight with American Airlines #1633 in Chicago on the morning of April 26, 2013. In Seattle we we are on Flight #HU4967 for Beiging, then to Kunming on # HU7637.
