Hi, in my opinion, traveling for this journey by air is the best option and it can take you to the destination withn 1.5h. Anyway, as for the trains, there are two running between every day, departing from Beijing Railway Station at 07:05 and 23:20. The travel duration shall be 9h or a little longer. The train fare is CNY82-93 for a hard seat, CNY152-174 for a hard sleeper and CNY240-263 for a soft sleeper.
